Feeling anxious and nervous
about your driving test
isn’t unusual; in
fact having a controllable
degree of nerves can help
you to perform well on the
day. However, if your nerves
begin to take over and become
out of control and you find

and anxious about the test
that your feelings are ruining
your chances of doing well,

anxiety, which are all treatable

- Uncontrollable shakes,
including legs

Sometimes the anticipation
of taking the test is worse
than the actual test itself,
so I will work with you
to feel good during the
weeks leading up to the
test. We will work to remove
any irrational fears and
enable you to relax and
prepare yourself by using
strong, positive suggestions.
You will mentally rehearse
a successful outcome and
see yourself being fully
in control up to, during
and beyond test day.
